 Services rendered by the Center 
Waste services such as waste removal, providing garbage bags, receiving complaints from the public and providing tankers for draining sewage. 
Building control services such as inspection of existing buildings, checking the violators of building regulations, engineering supervision of buildings under construction, preparing completion certificate reports and receiving applications for recovering deposits.
Food control services such as the inspection of foodstuffs at schools, warehouses, restaurants and cafeterias.
Collection of all types of fees imposed by Dubai Municipality.
Selling car park cards.
Preparing completion certificate reports.
Receiving applications for recovering deposits. 
Submission of Demarcation Application.
Receiving applications of maintenance and additions.
Receiving complaints related to bachelor accommodation and unlicensed additions.
Issuing letters to the Electricity and Water Authority for connecting electricity and water to the department's rented property.
Receiving applications for planning permits including (applications of nurseries and clinics). 
Receiving car park complaints.
Selling the department's booklets such as villa design and building regulations.

Government Housing: such as Social housing granting application , Maintenance and additional work, Issuing certificates for Land Department , Issuing Sh. Zayed Housing Program Certificate , Issuing Housing Finance Certificate , Issuing Dubai Municipality Certificate for the Army Force , Receiving Orders from the Ruler Office and Issuing Substitute Housing Cards .
Car Parking: such as Receiving Car Parking Complains , Public parking reservation applications , Outdoor Spaces occupancy ( Restaurants and Cafeteria) and Renewing Outdoor Spaces applications.
Treasury: such as Receiving all fines and fees those are merited by the department, providing Car Parking Prepaid Cards and Environment Department Fines Collection.
Execution Planning: such as Receiving and submitting commercial activities plans permission requests , Receiving and submitting Mosque areas customizing requests , Receiving and submitting Industrial lands existed deals(maps renewing, commercial name amendments, additional activities) , Receiving and submitting electricity cables site changing request , Receiving all fines and fees those are merited by the department, Providing Car Parking Prepaid Cards and Environment Department Fines Collection.
Drainage Development & Control: such as Receiving & following up the customer complains , Drainage Fees , Issuing NOC , Home Equipping & Connection Application , Home Equipping & Connection Application , Issuing underground water pumping Permission , Confirming Trade Licenses , Fines inquiry Service , Approving Drainage sketches and Issuing Trade Licenses NOC.
Building Inspection: such as Contractors' observance control , Building Projects Insurance return , Sand Moving Permission, Building Structure Scrutiny, New Building Diggings Control and Bachelor Accommodation Control.
Building Permits: such as Addition, maintenance, decor, request, Demolition, Building License Renewing, Building License Cancellation, Pavement Request and Wedding & Ramadan Tents Erection Request and Buildings Laws observance.

The Information Enquiry System is a telephonic service that answers customers' enquiries automatically by dialing 800 4567 for the purpose of obtaining necessary information about DM services in addition to inquiring about the status of customers' applications , dealings and required documents. It also facilitates the possibility of obtaining service forms through fax.
