Dubai Municipality panel reviews Dh4.5m worth of projects
A meeting of the technical committee of the Dubai Municipality (DM) reviewed on Tuesday projects worth Dh4.5 million meant to create a ‘happy emirate.’
The meeting presided over by Hussain Nasser Lootah, the director-general of DM and chairman of the committee, discussed 68 offers submitted by the Projects Department, which includes studies on horticulture and beautification projects, parks and recreational spaces in different neighborhoods of the emirate.
The plan, presented by Engineer Hanan Al Aradi, head of Improvement Office at the Projects Department, also include a number of projects, which are currently under construction such as Dubai Frame, Dubai Fish market and Hatta Heritage motel .
A number of other projects will be added later in the year to create a happy society in the emirate.
