Dubai Municipality Closes its External Customer Service Centers 1

Dubai Municipality stops receiving its customers at all customer service centers such as Dubai Municipality Twar Center, Hatta Center, Al Kifaf Center and Al Manara Center. The municipality continues receiving all types of requests and transactions remotely through its smart applications, call centers and calls. This is to strengthen the preventive efforts aimed at ensuring health, protection and safety of all society members.

Customers can complete all types of transactions online through smart services given by Dubai Municipality, such as the official website (dm.gov.ae) for building permits service, environmental and waste services, planning and surveying, food and consumer permits, health and safety, financial services and sanitation. Also, by using the smart applications such as Dubai 24/7, Kharetati, Dubai BPS, Maskani, Makani, Montaji, Aleef, and iDubai.

The closure includes services of strategic partners provided in the municipality centers such as Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), the General Pension and Social Security Authority, Emirates Identity Authority, the Ministry of Community Development (MOCD), Dubai Courts and Notary, The Ministry of Human Resources (Tasheel), Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment, Department of Finance, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. Also, Emirates Islamic Bank, Etisalat, Real Estate Services Trustee, Amer Center, Du Telecom Company, OnTime Government Services, Haig Quality Car Rental, Turjman Legal Translation Services, Al Manara Real Estate Registration Trustee and aafaq Islamic Finance.

The initiative came to integrate the efforts made by other government institutions in Dubai, which complement with the intensive measures taken by all UAE institutions in such exceptional situations. This is to provide the highest levels of protection and prevention based on World Health Organization recommendations, and the best international standards.
