Achieving Dubai's vision and strategy to contribute to the Emirate's complete transformation encourage customers to digitize access services and conduct government transactions through smart channels provided by the Internet.
Whereby the service centers will stop one week, starting from (21\10\2018 to 25\10\2018) to receive customers who wish to perform transactions that require payment of fees or services that have a smart application or websites through counters.
Service centers will be limited to receiving customers:
Who have government transactions that do not require payment of fees, and have no smart application or websites and will continue to receive, as usual, dealers from the old and the elderly. Some services are still submitted by paper.
Initiatives and Associated Activities:
- Collect ideas and notes.
- Employees are dedicating their efforts to educate customers about the importance of switching to smart channels to conduct transactions, either through smart applications or websites, through the provision of awareness guidance that helps customers to start using these channels.
More than 300 governmental services provided by about 13 government and private entities in 4 joint service centers of the municipality spread across the Emirate of Dubai (Hatta Center, Al Twar Center, Al Manara Center, Al Kafaf Center) Will be held from October 21 to 25 through smart channels only over the Internet, such as smart apps for each destination, and the application of Dubai Now, which includes a large number of government services, as well as sites belonging to the participants in the initiative.
All services will be available to all customers through smart and traditional channels after mentioned data.
This initiative comes within the framework of the vital role played by the department as a provider of government and private services in their joint centers.
