Used Computers Project
The project aims at upgrading these computers and related accessories in Dubai in order to achieve the following objectives:
Protecting environment through minimizing the bad effects resulted from the improper disposal of computers by individuals and institutions.
Encouraging community members to donate their used and discarded computers and making them useable.
How to donate
Dubai Municipality will upgrade the computers and accessories it receives from individuals and institutions by assigning qualified specialists and in coordination with the institutions involved like Microsoft. These devices will be handed over to educational, social and charitable institutions so as to make use of them in IT learning programs.
