نظام تقييم المصانع
يعد هذا النظام الأكثر شمولاً وانتشاراً بين أنظمة التدقيق على المصانع حيث يشتمل على:
(أ) التدقيق على نظام إدارة الجودة المتبع في المصنع حسب المتطلبات ذات العلاقة في نظام ISO 9001
(ب) تقييم مطابقة المنتجات مع المواصفات القياسية ومتطلبات منح الشهادات
ويتم منح شهادة/علامة المطابقة للمصنع من قبل مختبر دبي المركزي-قسم منح الشهادات وضبط الجودة للمنتجات وذلك بعد استيفائه بنجاح للمتطلبات أعلاه.
يقوم قسم منح الشهادات وضبط الجودة للمنتجات بإجراء التدقيق الأولي على المصنع وأنظمة الجودة المتبعة لديه كما يخضع لتدقيق متابعة منتظم وذلك للتأكد من استمرارية تطبيق متطلبات منح الشهادات والمواصفات القياسية ذات العلاقة.
كما يتم أيضاً التدقيق على المنتج من خلال عمل فحوصات أولية للعينات المسحوبة خلال زيارة التدقيق الأولية للمصنع وللعينات المسحوبة خلال زيارات المتابعة من المصنع أو أماكن التداول. تُمنح شهادة/ علامة المطابقة للمنتج بعد إتمام متطلبات زيارة التدقيق الأولية بنجاح وكذلك توافق نتائج الفحوصات مع المواصفات القياسية للعينات المسحوبة وذلك وفق متطلبات نظام منح الشهادات والمواصفات القياسية ذات العلاقة.
منح الشهادات حسب نظام تقيم المصانع (منح صلاحية استخدام علامة المطابقة الخاصة بمختبر دبي المركزي)
يقوم العميل بتقديم طلب منح الشهادات للمنتجات حسب النظام والمواصفات المتبعة عالميا أو محليا أو إقليميا، حيث يقوم مختبر دبي المركزي بعمل الآتي:
- التدقيق على العمليات الأساسية ذات العلاقة في نظام إدارة الجودة المتبع في المصنع حسب متطلبات نظام الايزو 9001 وذلك من قبل مدققين معتمدين من قبل قسم منح الشهادات وضبط الجودة للمنتجات .
- الإشراف على إرسال العينات المسحوبة من قبل مدققي قسم منح الشهادات وضبط الجودة للمنتجات في مختبر دبي المركزي خلال زيارة التدقيق الأولية إلى المختبرات المستقلة والمعتمدة من قبل قسم منح الشهادات وضبط الجودة للمنتجات في مختبر دبي المركزي (قائمة المخترات المعتمدة متاحة عند الطلب) بحيث يتم إرسال العينات عن طريق المتعاملين..
- إصدار شهادة المطابقة للمنتج ومنح العميل صلاحية استخدام علامة المطابقة بعد استيفاء نتائج التدقيق وفحص العينات مع متطلبات منح الشهادات ذات العلاقة.
