Refund of Fines or Already Paid Fees
All fees or fines can be refunded by applying free of charge for the service through Dubai Municipality website and uploading the following documents:
- Letter requesting the refund, including the name in Arabic and English, the phone number and the International Bank Account Number (IBAN)
- Copy of the trade license (for companies)
- Copy of the Tax Registration Number (for companies)
- Copy of the payment receipt
Dubai Municipality’s response (Approved/Rejected) is received by SMS, within 3 working days from the date of the concerned department’s response.
If approved, the amount is transferred to the beneficiary’s account during the first week of every month.
