About Mr. Abdullah Bin Jumaan:
Mr. Abdullah bin Jumaan was the first to be appointed in charge of Dubai Municipality. He acted as Dubai Municipality Secretary from 1954 till 1957, before the late Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Al Maktoum replaced the title of “Dubai Municipality Secretary” with “Director General of Dubai Municipality”, on December 2, 1961.
