Guidance contracts forms for engineering consulting services and construction contracting for private villas
In the interest of Dubai Municipality to strengthen the contractual relations between Owners, Consultants & Contractors, with the objective to carrying out and completing private villas projects without hindrance, and limit the contractual, financial and legal conflicts, which causes in delaying and not completing the project within the agreed timeline and to preserve the rights of all parties.
Dubai Municipality has prepared guidance contracts forms for engineering consulting services and construction contracting for private villas, which includes all technical standards and items related to the commitments and responsibilities of all parties in a clear and specific way, to better inform and guide in the contractual process for private villas projects. These contracts are considered for guidance and not mandatory and the contracting parties have the right to modify them as agreed among themselves.
