A payment facility is basically any way that a customer might make a payment or anywhere that you (as a merchant) might accept a payment.
Refund of Fees, Fines & Deposits
All Fees, Fines & Deposits can be refunded by applying free of charge for the service through Dubai Municipality website and uploading the following documents:
- Letter requesting the refund, including the name in Arabic and English, the phone number and the International Bank Account Number (IBAN)
- Copy of the trade license (for companies)
- Copy of the Tax Registration Number (for companies)
- Copy of the payment receipt
Electronic Copy of the Tax Invoice (Payment Receipt) and Payment Voucher
Obtain an electronic copy of the tax invoice (payment receipt) and the payment voucher.

You can submit a request for installment fees and fines through the following banks:
1. Installment via Emirates NBD for a period of 12 months

Bounced
Cheques Fines
- In case of a bounced cheque, you will be notified and charged a fine of AED 500, in addition to AED 20 (Knowledge Dirham Fee and Innovation Dirham Fee) per bounced cheque.
- The bounced cheque fine can be paid in cash or credit card.
- In case of payment failure during the specified period, legal measures will be taken.
