Project Objective:
A distinguished project shall be the first type to be done in middle east to erect multi story cold stores for fruits & vegetables in Dubai, the total storage capacity of the project is 20500 ton with an average of 360 ton for each store.
Project Elements:
The project consists of (G+Mezzanin+3 typical floors) building contains (56) stores with an average area of 500 sq m each connected vertically through 6 no’s of industrial lifts (6m*5m) in addition to two numbers of loading & unloading areas of 15 m width with trucks/cars parking of 64 numbers. General site work and infrastructure work, landscape work.
