Project Objective:
The Hatta Border Crossing is a vital crossing point. It facilitates entry and exit procedures to and from UAE and connects the country to the Sultanate of Oman. The Hatta Border Crossing was built in line with Dubai Government's vision of providing superior services to travellers. The main building consists of a ground floor and two upper floors.
Project Elements:
The main building (ground + two floors): consists of a waiting area for arrivals, departures, staff offices, meeting rooms, a cafeteria, insurance companies offices, and break rooms for employees. Four Departure Gate Buildings, for departing from UAE. Five Arrival Gate Buildings for the Arrivals from Oman, plus five other Customs buildings. Two checkpoints on the two port entrances from both sides. Vehicle Scanner Room. Sheds for departure and arrival area & General site work and infrastructure work, landscape work.
