Project Objective:
Establish branch offices of Municipality Centers Department with architectural identity, from which to provide services to all relevant departments. Dubai Municipality aimed to provide the necessary services to keep up with the continuous growth and development of the city of Dubai at all levels, and at the appropriate level to improve services.
Project Elements:
The project consists of a building with two-storey (ground + first), includes a reception area, and offices staff to serve the various departments of municipality. The offices are designed as open office system viable development as future growth, so it can accommodate the largest number of employees. In addition it is equipped with meeting rooms and office services.
