With reference to the “Executive Council Resolution No. (124) of 2023 concerning regulation of Single-Use products in the Emirate of Dubai”, please note that soft implementation will be rolled out between January 1, 2025 and May 31st, 2025 with the aim to transition to full implementation on June 1st, 2025.
