Hiking in the heart of Dubai
Hiking is a great way to get back to nature, and the 10-kilometre hiking trail at Mushrif National Park was created to encourage Dubai’s residents and visitors to do just that. As part of our broader strategy to encourage a healthier, more active lifestyle, it is critical to develop recreational infrastructure across the city.
The track gives families and more experienced hikers the opportunity to discover the natural beauty and indigenous wildlife in Mushrif Park. The trail features sculptures, stairways, a wooden bridge, and slopes to add a challenge for those who seek it. Along the way, designated rest areas provide hikers with the chance to take a break and enjoy the stunning views.
In addition to the main trail, the park features a 1.4-kilometre orange track designed for athletes to refine their skills and a dedicated 20 kms bike track for cycling enthusiasts.
