Project Objective:
The design of the Blossoms Park is in line with the requirements of green buildings in the Emirate of Dubai, as it was designed in a distinctive way and different from other parks, as the project includes service buildings, pedestrian paths, a running track and sports fields (football field / basketball court / tennis court). The solar energy system was designed in an innovative way and the solar panels were installed as leaf umbrellas in the central open areas and children's play areas. The LED lighting system was provided with a distinctive design to rationalize consumption, as the total capacity of the solar energy system is 96 kilowatts of solar panels, and it covers 85% of the electrical loads in the garden, and the system contributes to rationalizing energy consumption, equivalent to an amount of 72,155 Dirhams annually, reducing the carbon footprint by the equivalent of planting 1,862 trees annually.
Project Elements:
Two service buildings, the first is for the family part, containing bathrooms for both genders, a bathroom for people of determination and a guard office, and the other is for a youth sports field with toilets. A children's play area, one of which is from 2 to 6 years old and the other is for ages 6 to 12 years old. Main plaza, shaded seating areas with chairs, trash cans, and barbecue areas. A running track with rubber flooring equipped with exercise machines. A youth playground area, a football field, two basketball courts, and a tennis court. Solar powered night lighting. Irrigation network, trees, lawns, and decorative plants The seasonal flowers. General site work and infrastructure work for parks and landscape work.
