Outdoor Seating Area Guideline
In the keenness of Dubai Municipality represented by Executive Planning Department in achieving its strategic goal” City Growth-Sustainable Urban Planning for Dubai Future”. This Guideline aims to provide an appropriate environment for the public, preserve the urban aspect of the emirate by organizing the outdoor seating areas for restaurants and cafes by setting standards and regulations that are consistent with the planning policies in the emirate.
Objectives:
- Providing a suitable environment for the public and preserving the urban aesthetic of the emirate.
- Organizing outdoor seating areas in accordance to the planning regulations and policies.
- Reviving the activity of restaurants and cafes in the emirate.
