For Dubai’s senior citizens and people of determination, the Dubai Municipality Happiness Vehicle fulfils a vital function, bringing personal city services to their doorsteps. This program is part of our ongoing efforts to improve quality of life for all our citizens and residents.

Registered participants can request a home visit from a qualified officer who will assist them in navigating Dubai Municipality’s digital services and transactions.
