The RASID Monitoring and Control Centre is located in Al Mina Road, Bur Dubai, and houses the Customer Support Services.
This dedicated service aims to extend necessary support to the registered waste management companies and customized Management Information System reports to the Dubai Municipality in line with the standard operating procedures in place as part of the quality management practices.
